It is seventeen cars in length, including three power cars equipped with gigantic Diesel engines that develop 5400 horsepower. The train is strikingly beautiful . . . distinctive in design . . . and incorporates many novel features. It is famous for its "Little Nugget" Club Lounge Car, a reproduction of the old time elegance of the Gay 90's. Chicago to Los Angeles 39-3/4 hours.
