Harper Court is in the Hyde Park area of Chicago. It was purchased by the University of Chicago in 2008 and is now on the verge of redevelopment.
Below are some of my potholder thingies — sugar bowls and creamers to go with the coffee on the postcard.

Harper Court? I was in Harper Court in the late 1960's as a teenager. It was VERY artsy and very hip! Thanks for the blast from the past.

Thank you for the ideas about the glass insulators..I had actually thought about using them as gifts...I just wanted to be able to tell people how they could use them before I gave them..ha.
