PFF - Valentine Mailbox

This is one of the many Whitney Valentine postcards with sweet little kids. I wonder what comes next. Will they put the Valentines in the mailbox?

  1. Very sweet. And yes, they will, they are too scared to just hand it over to each other. Happy PFF.

  2. Old Valentines were so sweet. This is one case where I wish we could go back to the old style instead of the newer style. The new ones aren't nearly as nice.

  3. I agree with Bob! Too bashful to just exchange them.

  4. And the little girl in profile is similar to one of the Sunbonnet children, a popular design of a child always shown in profile with a huge bonnet.

  7. How lovely, and so innocent. Bashful is good. I worked in a linerie shop a number of years ago and Valentines Week, was worse than Christmas I can't tell how many "very young men/boys" would come in and be not so bashful. I don't my husband would dare buy things for me like that, just way tooooooo forward.

  8. I love these sweet old images. It reminds me of the Dolly Dingle paper dolls I used to play with as a kid. I loved those things. Thanks for visiting me over at my blog, and happy PFF!
